Day Five: June 14, 2011 (Mom's View)

Crazy day of driving along the SCENIC Pacific Coast Highway.  What an absolute gorgeous view of nature BUT poor did I want to PUKE!  I am still not used to riding in this RV.  We are bound for Klamath RV Park but first the long ride down.  We don’t have any planned stops because with over 250 miles of Scenic Highway, we needed to just ride it out.  “ It’s the journey not destination”, I know. 

We did have a great adventure to Super Walmart!  Yeah, so much fun (but sometimes you need the necessities).  Actually we are still figuring out all that we need to brave this trip.  We did stop at Oregon Dunes National Park.  So much fun!  We climbed a HUGE dune to get the beach.  Actually Lucy (our year old basset hound) was the funniest.  She has no idea what to do in all of that sand.  So as you can see this was mostly a travel day.
